| How Your Initial Request for Service Will Be Handled
|

A Comprehensive Services designated Project Manager will ask you when you wish to schedule the work or if we should contact a particular person at the project location for scheduling. The scheduled date and time will be documented and adhered to. Your designated Project Manager will also ask for a not to exceed dollar limit per location (unless a not to exceed amount has been set for all calls). If upon inspection of the work our vendor determines that the specified limit is not enough or the scope of work is more than anticipated a Comprehensive Services Client Proposal will be submitted for your approval. Upon your approval of the work, the work will commence.
